Questions we hear from revenue managers.

How long does onboarding take? +
We get you up and running in 3 weeks. Week 1: data intake — hotel profile, historical OTB, comp set. Week 2: signal mapping and first draft brief. Week 3: review, validate, and launch your first live Revenue Brief. No IT project required.
Does it integrate with my PMS? +
No integration needed to start. We work from data exports and manual inputs during the pilot — no API keys, no IT project. As you grow with the product, we build direct connections with your PMS and channel manager.
Who validates the recommendations? +
Every recommendation is reviewed by a certified revenue management expert before it reaches you. We combine AI signal detection with human judgement — so you always get an explanation, not just a number.
What if I disagree with a recommendation? +
You're always in control. Recommendations are proposals, not instructions. We track what you act on and what you skip, and we adjust future briefs based on your decisions. Disagreement is useful data — it makes the next brief sharper.
What does it cost? +
We start with a Revenue Sprint at €490 — a 4-week onboarding that validates the fit. If it works, the Pilot plan is €290/month with weekly Revenue Briefs, expert review, and action tracking. No long-term commitment required.

Data Warsaw / Remote B2B · Part-time or Full-time

Data Analyst

You'll work at the intersection of hotel operations data and product intelligence. Your analysis shapes what revenue managers see every Monday morning in their weekly brief — and what we decide to build next.

What you'll do

  • Analyze OTB, PickUp and historical occupancy data to surface demand patterns for Polish hotels
  • Build and maintain dashboards that translate complex signals into clear, actionable views for revenue managers
  • Validate and score event impact data — how does a trade fair in Warsaw move hotel pickup?
  • Collaborate with the product team to shape what goes into the weekly Revenue Brief
  • Help maintain data quality standards and document our analytical pipeline

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years as a data or business analyst; hospitality or travel background is a strong plus
  • Confident with SQL; Python or R is a plus
  • Experience with BI tools — Power BI, Metabase, or Tableau
  • Comfortable in an early-stage product where you shape the work, not just execute it
  • Polish language is a plus for working with local hotel data and context
